\u00c0 la suite des premiers jours le long du \u00ab Trans Swiss Trail \u00bb, nous avons poursuivi le long de celui-ci en partant cette fois de Berne.<\/p>

Cette \u00e9tape nous a men\u00e9 depuis la ville f\u00e9d\u00e9rale jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Worb. Nous anticipions un bout de chemin assez monotone le long de l\u2019Aar, mais \u00e0 notre grande surprise, ce tron\u00e7on est plaisant.<\/p>

Depuis la gare centrale de Berne, nous sommes d\u2019abord descendus au bord de l\u2019Aar en empruntant le petit funiculaire du Marzili. \u00c7a ne raccourcit pas de beaucoup la journ\u00e9e, mais il est amusant d\u2019emprunter ce funiculaire qui se trouve en pleine ville, \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du Palais F\u00e9d\u00e9ral.<\/p>

A partir de l\u00e0, il suffit de traverser l\u2019Aar \u00e0 la hauteur des bains du Marzili, et on est parti pour remonter la rivi\u00e8re sur un bon bout. Au d\u00e9but, le cheminement est tr\u00e8s citadin, avec des trottoirs goudronn\u00e9s. Il en est ainsi jusqu\u2019au D\u00e4hlh\u00f6lzli, jardin zoologique de Berne. Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9pass\u00e9 cet endroit, le cheminement se poursuit sur un sentier en terre battue et on ne tarde pas \u00e0 atteindre une petite r\u00e9serve naturelle se trouvant en-dessous d\u2019Elfenau. Cet endroit est apparemment pris\u00e9 des observateurs d\u2019oiseaux.<\/p>

Plus loin, on passe pr\u00e8s d\u2019un bac \u00e0 l\u2019aide duquel on peut rejoindre l\u2019autre rive pr\u00e8s de l\u2019embouchure de la G\u00fcrbe. Cette rivi\u00e8re est celle qui descend du Gurnigelpass et qui coule donc \u00e0 travers le G\u00fcrbetal, surnomm\u00e9 la vall\u00e9e \u00e0 choux. Pr\u00e8s du Bodenacker, on passe pr\u00e8s d\u2019un monument avec une petite dizaine de noms et une date\u00a0: 3 mars 1986. Pouss\u00e9 par la curiosit\u00e9, j\u2019avais fait ult\u00e9rieurement quelques recherches. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une st\u00e8le en m\u00e9moire des victimes du tragique crash du Cessna 425 (HB-LLS).<\/p>

Tout au long de l\u2019Aar, nous avions en t\u00eate la chanson d\u2019un groupe de Berne\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Stiller Has\u00a0\u00bb avec son titre \u00ab\u00a0Aare\u00a0\u00bb (pour les amateurs de chansons en \u00ab\u00a0B\u00e4rnd\u00fctsch\u00a0\u00bb).<\/p>

Apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de la piscine de Muri et devant le pont de l\u2019Auguetbr\u00fcgg, on commence la mont\u00e9e pour quitter la vall\u00e9e de l\u2019Aar. Apr\u00e8s la mont\u00e9e, on traverse l\u2019autoroute qui monte vers l\u2019Oberland et je ne peux m\u2019emp\u00eacher de penser qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019heure actuelle, on aurait choisi un trac\u00e9 tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent. L\u2019impact de cette autoroute, tant au niveau du paysage qu\u2019au niveau des nuisances, est \u00e9norme.<\/p>

On ne tarde pas \u00e0 atteindre Allmendingen bei Bern. Dans ce village, on est surpris par un abribus un peu particulier. Celui-ci est en bois et le panneau est bleu, comme \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque les panneaux dans les gares (qui \u00e9taient plus grands qu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui). L\u2019explication vient du fait qu\u2019\u00e0 la fermeture de la halte d\u2019Allmendingen en 1982, sur la ligne Berne-Thoune, on a d\u00e9mont\u00e9 cette halte du bord des voies pour la remonter au milieu du village.<\/p>

Apr\u00e8s avoir travers\u00e9 deux lignes de chemin de fer (celle qui m\u00e8ne \u00e0 Thoune et celle qui m\u00e8ne dans l\u2019Emmental), on arrive pr\u00e8s du village de R\u00fcfenacht. Cela nous a fait tr\u00e8s bizarre de voir cet endroit sous un autre angle que depuis la voiture, puisque nous passions souvent par-l\u00e0 par le pass\u00e9.<\/p>

Au d\u00e9tour du Wislewald, on ne tarde pas de voir la petite bourgade de Worb, tr\u00e8s connue pour son ch\u00e2teau.<\/p>
