<\/p>

F\u00fcr dieses Ziel in den Bergen des Pays d’en Haut war mit der Gruppe geplant, von G\u00e9rignoz aus mit Schneeschuhen zur Cabane de la Sarouche aufzusteigen. Das war ohne Ber\u00fccksichtigung des sehr seltsamen Winters, den wir erlebt haben. Normalerweise sollte zu diesem Zeitpunkt genug Schnee liegen, so dass man einem Minimum den Schneeschuhen tragen muss (oder sie sogar von unten anziehen kann). Diesmal war es nichts.<\/p>

Das gesamte Hochbecken von La Braye oberhalb von Ch\u00e2teau d’Oex wurde bis vor kurzem f\u00fcr Skipisten genutzt. Die Skilifte wurden w\u00e4hrend der Wintersaison 2017 abrupt geschlossen und das Gebiet hat sich zu einem Paradies f\u00fcr Skitourengeher und Schneeschuhwanderer entwickelt (sofern Schnee vorhanden ist). Die Einrichtungen stehen still, aber die Cabane de la Sarouche ist wie die benachbarte Cabane des Monts Chevreuils nach wie vor ge\u00f6ffnet. Das ganze Gebiet ist ideal zum Winterwandern, da es kaum Steigungen \u00fcber 30\u00b0 gibt.<\/p>

Zugegeben, das Vieh war noch nicht auf den Weiden, war es verlockend, durch die Wiesen zu gehen. Allerdings schlammte man sich die Schuhe. Deshalb haben wir uns f\u00fcr die asphaltierte Strasse entschieden. Das macht weniger Spass, ist aber auch weniger schlammig. Der Strasse folgend passiert man zwei getarnte Eing\u00e4nge. Dies ist die Artilleriefestung von La Braye, deren Zweck es war, den Durchgang vom Schweizer Mittelland den Eintritt in das Saanetal zu verhindern. Das 1945 fertiggestellte Festung hatte zwei Batterien mit jeweils 4 Kanonen. Die Besonderheit war, dass eine der Batterien aus Gesch\u00fctzen auf Feldlafetten bestand.<\/p>

Auf dem Grat angekommen, auf dem sich die H\u00fctte befindet, geniesst man eine sch\u00f6ne Aussicht auf die Diablerets, den Para und den Pic Chaussy. Durch die \u00d6ffnung des Col des Mosses hat man einen Blick auf die Dents du Midi und den Mont Blanc.<\/p>
