Dies ist eine Wanderung mit wundersch\u00f6nen Kontrasten und Aussichte, die ebenso ungew\u00f6hnlich wie grossartig sind. Tats\u00e4chlich sieht der Boden des Sagne- und Ponts-Tals wie eine Ebene aus, die von zwei ziemlich steilen H\u00e4ngen umgeben ist. Diese Konfiguration ergibt sich aus der Tatsache, dass der gesamte Talboden mit Torf gef\u00fcllt ist, was auf das Vorhandensein eines Quart\u00e4r-Sees zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren ist, der recht ausgedehnt gewesen sein muss. \u00dcbrigens wurde dieser Torf als Brennstoff abgebaut.<\/p>

Sobald wir die Talsohle verlassen, ver\u00e4ndert sich die Landschaft v\u00f6llig und wir betreten Weiden, auf denen wir hier und da Chalets und sogar H\u00e4user finden. Im weiteren Verlauf, nachdem man die letzten Wiesen passiert hat, dauert es nicht lange, bis man den Rand des Val de Travers erreicht. Anschliessend geniesst man die Aussicht \u00fcber das Mittelland hinaus Richtung Alpen.<\/p>

Von der Endstation des Zuges Les Ponts aus muss man zun\u00e4chst der stark befahrenen Strasse zwischen Les Ponts-de-Martel und Les Petits-Ponts folgen. Ein Trottoir ist zwar vorhanden, aber die Tatsache, dass auf einem grossen Abschnitt keine Geschwindigkeitsbeschr\u00e4nkung besteht, macht das Erlebnis etwas unangenehm. Wirkliche Alternativen gibt es leider nicht. Eine m\u00f6gliche Alternative w\u00e4re, dem markierten Weg entlang Le Grand Bied zu folgen. Diese Variante w\u00fcrde erm\u00f6glichen, in der N\u00e4he von Mineralwasserquellen vorbeizukommen. Dann w\u00fcrde man aber Brot-Dessus erreichen, was einen Umweg erfordert und den Weg \u00fcber eine stark befahrene Strasse nicht ausschliesst.<\/p>

Sobald man Les Petits-Ponts erreicht hat, muss man ein kurzes St\u00fcck der Strasse zum Col de la Tourne folgen, bevor man durch den Wald hinauf zur Combe des Fontaines gelangt. An diesem Standort hat man gem\u00e4ss der Beschilderung die Wahl zwischen zwei Richtungen. Allerdings sollte man ihnen nicht zu sehr vertrauen. Wenn man blind ihrer Richtung folgt und nach Chambrelien hinabsteigen m\u00f6chte, muss man beim Col de la Tourne ein gutes St\u00fcck der Asphaltstrasse folgen. Daher ist es sinnvoller, der Richtung der Grande Sagneule zu folgen, um ein Becken hinter der Combe des Fies zu erreichen. In diesem Becken findet man dann mehrere Gabelungen, darunter eine, die einen direkten Weg zum Col de la Tourne erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p>

Sobald man den Pass erreicht hat, kann man einem guten Weg hinauf nach Les Tablettes folgen. Dieser Ort liegt an der M\u00fcndung des Val de Travers und bietet einige sch\u00f6ne Blicke auf das Tal, den Creux du Van und einen Teil der Alpen. Ein Teil davon wird jedoch vom Grat der Grande Ecoeurne verdeckt. Da es sich um einen aussergew\u00f6hnlichen Ort handelt, sollte es nicht \u00fcberraschen, dort mehr Menschen anzutreffen als auf dem Rest der Wanderung.<\/p>

Von Les Tablettes f\u00fchrt ein guter, stellenweise steiler und schmaler Weg bergab nach Rochefort. Da ich damit rechnete, dass dieser schneebedeckt gewesen w\u00e4re, dachte ich, dass es f\u00fcr alle F\u00e4lle gut w\u00e4re, Steigeisen mitzunehmen. Sie waren nicht hilfreich, w\u00e4ren es aber gewesen, wenn das Wetter weniger mild gewesen w\u00e4re. Dar\u00fcber hinaus laden bestimmte Abschnitte dieses Weges nicht zu einem l\u00e4ngeren Stopp ein, da es dort h\u00e4ufig zu Steinschl\u00e4gen kommen muss.<\/p>

Sobald man Rochefort erreicht hat, muss man noch einen kleinen H\u00fcgel \u00fcberwinden, bevor man zum Bahnhof Chambrelien hinuntergeht. Man muss vorsichtig sein beim \u00dcberqueren der Bahngleise: Manchmal wird man etwas beschimpft, wenn man sich etwas zu lange auf den Gleisen aufh\u00e4lt.<\/p>
