Obwohl ich mir bewusst war, dass Mitte Mai f\u00fcr die Baltschiedertaler Suonen noch fr\u00fch in der Saison ist, hatte ich mir gedacht, dass ihre Strecke trotzdem machbar sein muss. So hatte ich mir vorgenommen, vom Ausserberg dem Niw\u00e4rch entlangzugehen und \u00fcber die Gorperi wieder zur\u00fcckzukommen. Hinzu kamen die grossen Schneemengen, die vom letzten Winter \u00fcbriggeblieben waren.<\/p>

Als ich in Choruderri ankam, traf ich beim Ende des Niw\u00e4rch auf einen Lokaler, der mir dringend vom Begehen abgeraten hatte, da grosse Schneewechten zu brechen drohten und Lawinen auszul\u00f6sen. Er schlug mir vor, der Umleitungsstollen des Niw\u00e4rch-Wassers zu benutzen. So durchquerte ich die 1,5Km des Stollens, um ins Baltschiedertal hinauszukommen.<\/p>

Urspr\u00fcnglich hatte ich auch geplant, nach Ze Steinu zu gehen, um dem tiefen gelegenen Pfad zu folgen, der zur Wasserfassung der Gorperi f\u00fchrt. Jedoch bedeckte ein massiver Lawinenschneefeld beide Wege und da ich es immer als gef\u00e4hrlich empfand, einen solches Schneefeld zu \u00fcberqueren, bin ich direkt nach \u00c4lum hinuntergegangen.<\/p>

Die Gorperi war in einem viel besseren Zustand, als ich erwartet hatte, ausser, dass ich bei der Passage des Wasserfalls reichlich mit Wasser geduscht wurde. Denn die in der H\u00f6he liegengebliebene Schneemenge versorgte alle kleinen Fliessgew\u00e4sser.<\/p>

Am Ende der Gorperi angekommen, stieg ich zun\u00e4chst in Eggerberg ab, um weiter nach Visp hinabzugehen. Es war das erste Mal, dass ich von Eggerberg aus nach Visp hinunter ging, aber dass es so steil ist, h\u00e4tte ich nie gedacht. Zum Gl\u00fcck haben mir die St\u00f6cke den Abstieg gut geholfen.<\/p>
