<\/p>

There we had completed a short hike that was almost all downhill from Baumgartenalpe to Sonderdach. A few years ago, we hiked up from Bezau to Baumgartenalpe. However, on the way up, the weather had changed, and it had become cold, so we had taken the cable car from Sonderdach, the intermediate station. We therefore wanted to complete the missing part.<\/p>

From the top cable car station, you can follow a good path that leads past Niederalpe to Wildmoosalpe. We continued a little further past Wildmoosalpe to be able to look out over the marshy plain near Stongenalpe.<\/p>

The return to Sonderdach also follows a good path that takes you through a very varied landscape of meadows and forests.<\/p>

At Sonderdachvors\u00e4ss, you will notice a sign bearing the name of Toni Innauer. He was a well-known ski jumper and Olympic champion in Lake Placid. He had to end his career abruptly after a serious fall in St. Moritz.<\/p>
