<\/span><\/p>

Die Namen von Gipfeln in den Alpen sind manchmal sehr aussagekr\u00e4ftig. So gibt es an vielen Orten Gipfel, die „Schloss“ heissen. Dies hat nichts mit einer menschlichen Konstruktion zu tun, sondern ist mit der Form des Berges verbunden, der grosse Felsw\u00e4nde aufweist, die an eine Mauer erinnern. Der First, der zwischen den T\u00e4lern Entschlige und Kander liegt und w\u00f6rtlich das Dachfirst bedeutet, ist ein solcher Fall. Er ist eine lange Gratkante mit zwei Flanken, die an ein Dach mit zwei Schr\u00e4gen erinnert.<\/p>

Vor fast 30 Jahren war ich von der Allmenalp \u00fcber den First nach Kandersteg und \u00fcber die Golitschealp abgestiegen. Deshalb haben wir uns vorgenommen, den First wieder zu besteigen, aber dieses Mal von der Elsigenalp um auf die Allmenalp abzusteigen.<\/p>

Um zur Elsigenalp zu gelangen, sind wir mit der Seilbahn gefahren. Um zur Talstation zu gelangen, sind wir mit dem Bus nach Achsete gefahren, wo uns ein kleiner Bus abgeholt hatte.<\/p>

Von der Elsigenalp aus ist der Weg bis zur Oberen Elsige der gleiche wie zum Elsighorn. Erst an der Oberen Elsige zweigt der Weg ab und f\u00fchrt \u00fcber ein kleines Tal zum Golitschepass. Von dort aus hat man einen Blick auf Kandersteg. Vom Pass aus geht es statt nach Golitsche entlang eines Grates weiter, bis man unter den Stand ausgesetzt durchquert. Von dort aus kann man auf die andere Seite des Stands hinaufsteigen und den Gipfel erreichen.<\/p>

Vom Stand aus geht es ein St\u00fcck abw\u00e4rts, bis man unter den Howang kommt. Einige Felsstellen erfordern Aufmerksamkeit und unter dem Gipfel des Firstes wird es etwas ernster. Aber es gibt Seile, die einem beim Aufstieg helfen.<\/p>

Der First, der als Gratkante geformt ist, bietet nicht viel Platz. Aber die Aussicht vom Gipfel ist beeindruckend.<\/p>

Die Abfahrt erfolgt \u00fcber einen markierten Pfad, der teilweise unangenehm ist, da der Schnee im Fr\u00fchling den Boden mit sich reisst und der Pfad dadurch sehr steil wird. Erst auf der Steintal Alp wird es etwas weniger steil (obwohl der Pfad \u00fcber steile H\u00e4nge f\u00fchrt).<\/p>

Von der Allmenalp kann man entweder zu Fuss \u00fcber das Ryharts-H\u00fctte nach Kandersteg hinunterwandern oder mit der Gondelbahn direkt nach B\u00fctschels fahren. Wir haben uns f\u00fcr die zweite Variante entschieden.<\/p>
