Le Niremont est pour moi une vieille connaissance. En effet, il y a tr\u00e8s longtemps que j\u2019avais rep\u00e9r\u00e9 ce sommet comme destination int\u00e9ressante pour une sortie en raquettes. J\u2019y avait effectu\u00e9 plusieurs magnifiques randonn\u00e9es hivernales. Mais il faut dire que c\u2019\u00e9tait avant les grands chamboulements au niveau climat. Je me souviens \u00e9galement qu\u2019une fois, j\u2019avais passablement brass\u00e9 la neige, car elle \u00e9tait tomb\u00e9e en abondance les jours d\u2019avant et qu\u2019il fallait faire la trace. L\u00e0, j\u2019avais pr\u00e9vu d\u2019effectuer \u00e0 nouveau cette randonn\u00e9e avec des raquettes. Las, avec le redoux du d\u00e9but janvier, la belle quantit\u00e9 de neige que l\u2019on avait eue entre No\u00ebl et Nouvel-An avait pratiquement compl\u00e8tement disparu. Ainsi, la randonn\u00e9e s\u2019est effectu\u00e9e sans raquettes.<\/p>

Le Niremont se situe devant le Mol\u00e9son et bien qu\u2019il culmine moins haut que ce dernier, il repr\u00e9sente une destination de choix, car on se trouve plus haut que le Plateau Suisse. Ainsi, on a une vue d\u00e9gag\u00e9e sur le Jura.<\/p>

Son ascension, \u00e0 travers des p\u00e2turages, est tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able. Et il est tr\u00e8s facile d\u2019effectuer une boucle, comme \u00e7a avait \u00e9t\u00e9 le cas ici. Le point de d\u00e9part se situe sous la Moille de Crey, \u00e0 un petit parking le long de la route menant \u00e0 Rathvel. Il y a fort longtemps, je me garais \u00e0 la Frasse, mais cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendu impossible \u00e0 cause de l\u2019arr\u00eat de bus et du fait qu\u2019une partie des places est r\u00e9serv\u00e9e au restaurant.<\/p>

Depuis la Moille de Crey, il faut d\u2019abord monter \u00e0 travers p\u00e2turages \u00e0 la Grande Mollie et au Petit Niremont. Au-dessus de ce chalet, on arrive sur la bosse qui repr\u00e9sente la fin de la grande mont\u00e9e. A partir de l\u00e0, il suffit de traverser un creux pour rejoindre le Niremont.<\/p>

Pour le retour, j\u2019avais opt\u00e9 de suivre la cr\u00eate et un bout de la piste de ski pour reprendre une autre cr\u00eate menant \u00e0 un petit abri pr\u00e8s d\u2019un chemin d\u2019alpage. Il suffit alors de suivre ce chemin pour revenir vers la Grande Mollie et de descendre selon l\u2019itin\u00e9raire de mont\u00e9e.<\/p>
