F\u00fcr den R\u00fcckweg hatten wir vor, nach Goppenstein zu wandern, anstatt den Restipass zu \u00fcberqueren und nach Leukerbad zu gehen. Wir hatten uns f\u00fcr diese Variante entschieden, da der R\u00fcckweg von Leukerbad aus sehr problematisch gewesen w\u00e4re. Um von dort aus ins Tal zu gelangen, h\u00e4tten wir die Seilbahn nach Albinen nehmen m\u00fcssen, und dann mit dem Bus nach Leukerbad zu fahren und dort umzusteigen, was sehr kompliziert gewesen w\u00e4re.<\/p>

Aber statt direkt hinunterzuwandern und dem Talgrund zu folgen, waren wir \u00fcber die H\u00f6hen gegangen, um zuerst zur Kummenalp und dann zur Faldumalp \u00fcber die Restialp zu gelangen. Dabei folgt man einem Balkonweg \u00fcber dem L\u00f6tschental.<\/p>

Von der Faldumalp f\u00fchrt ein markierter Wanderweg direkt hinunter nach Goppenstein. Allerdings muss man darauf hinweisen, dass einige Abschnitte, insbesondere zwischen der Strasse und Zum Sal\u00e4, sehr steil sind. Etwas weiter unten, nach dem Vorbeigehen an einen zerfallenen Stall, muss man einem kleinen Flusslauf folgen, der das Gel\u00e4nde matschig macht. Erst viel weiter unten findet man einen etwas trockeneren und weniger steilen Wanderweg. Wenn man in Goppenstein ankommt und die Schutzmauer entlanggeht, muss man sehr aufpassen, da ein Schild einen Abk\u00fcrzungsweg zur Bahnstation anzeigt.<\/p>
