Und noch ein weiterer Tag auf dem Trans-Swiss-Trail. Hier folgt die kurze und flache Etappe einfach der Emme zwischen L\u00fctzelfl\u00fch und Langnau.<\/p>

Der Weg folgt dem Fluss weitgehend unter dem Bl\u00e4tterdach der B\u00e4ume. Die Wanderung ist daher angenehm, auch wenn man manchmal aus dem Unterholz gehen muss, um \u00fcber Felder oder Wiesen wandern zu m\u00fcssen.<\/p>

In Zollbr\u00fcck spaziert man an einer riesigen holzverarbeitenden Fabrik entlang. Dann kann man der ganz besondere Geruch von Holz wahrnehmen.<\/p>

Kurz darauf erreicht man den Zusammenfluss von Ilfis und Emme und es dauert nicht lange, bis man das weitl\u00e4ufige Dorf Langnau im Emmental erreicht. Die Erg\u00e4nzung \u201eim Emmental\u201c ist wichtig, denn \u201eLangnau\u201c gibt es viele. Dieser Ortsname k\u00f6nnte mit \u201elange Wiese\u201c \u00fcbersetzt werden.<\/p>

W\u00e4hrend der Wanderung kann man einige Umleitungskan\u00e4le sehen. Dies sind die \u00dcberbleibsel einer vergangenen \u00c4ra, als die einzige M\u00f6glichkeit, mechanische Kraft zu erzeugen, der Einsatz von M\u00fchlen war. Diese wurden sp\u00e4ter durch Kraft aus Dampf und sp\u00e4ter durch Elektrizit\u00e4t ersetzt. Die M\u00fchlen sind gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils verschwunden, aber die Kan\u00e4le sind geblieben.<\/p>
