Die Stadt La Chaux-de-Fonds liegt in einer Senke, die sich vom Col des Roches bis zu den alten M\u00fchlen erstreckt. Genauer gesagt m\u00fcsste man von zwei Senken sprechen, da sich das Becken von Le Locle auf orohydrographischer Ebene vom Becken von La Chaux-de-Fonds dadurch unterscheidet, dass es zwei verschiedene B\u00e4che speist. Von Le Locle fliesst der Bied (der sp\u00e4ter Ran\u00e7onni\u00e8re genannt wird) und von La Chaux-de-Fonds die Ronde. Entlang dieser beiden T\u00e4ler erstreckt sich eine Erhebung nach Norden. Es ist die mit dem h\u00f6chsten Punkt von Pouillerel, die steil beim Col de Roches endet. Die N\u00e4he der beiden St\u00e4dte und der angemessene H\u00f6henunterschied machen es zu einem bevorzugten Ziel f\u00fcr einen kurzen Spaziergang. Dar\u00fcber hinaus reicht der Blick \u00fcber die K\u00e4mme des Mont d’Amin und des Mont Racine hinaus und erm\u00f6glicht es Ihnen daher, die Gipfel der Alpen zu betrachten.<\/p>

Von La Chaux-de-Fonds aus erreichen man zun\u00e4chst den Bois du Petit Ch\u00e2teau, ein Mekka f\u00fcr Kinder, da sich dort ein zoologischer Park befindet (und seit Kurzem das Naturkundemuseum). Tags\u00fcber lohnt es sich, es zu durchqueren, anstatt der Rue du Haut des Combes zu folgen. Oberhalb des Parks betritt man dann ein kleines Tal, das h\u00f6her hinauf zur Strasse f\u00fchrt, die nach Pouillerel f\u00fchrt. Wenn man dieser Strasse folgt, dauert es nicht lange, bis man das Bed and Breakfast der Ferme du Sommet de Pouillerel erreicht. Kurz nach dem Bauernhof muss man, anstatt der asphaltierten Strasse zu folgen, einen Schotterweg nehmen, der erm\u00f6glicht, den eigentlichen Gipfel zu erreichen. Ein geod\u00e4tisches Signal markiert den Gipfel des Pouillerel, und etwas unterhalb befindet sich eine Orientierungstafel.<\/p>

Vom Gipfel aus kann man dann einem auf dem Boden gut markierten Weg folgen, der nach La Sombaille f\u00fchrt. Hinter diesem Haus durchquert man ein St\u00fcck Weide entlang einer Reihe sehr markierter Dolinen, bevor man in den Wald eintritt. Etwas weiter geht der Weg weiter durch den Wald, aber am Waldrand entlang. Es dauert nicht lange, bis man der bekannte Maillard-Hof erreicht, wo es fast das ganze Jahr \u00fcber heisse und kalte Getr\u00e4nke gibt … eine kleine Kasse, wo man seine Geb\u00fchr bezahlen kann. Interessant ist auch, dass viele von \u201eles Maillard\u201c und nicht \u201ele Maillard\u201c sprechen.<\/p>

Jenseits des Maillard, nachdem man den Wald verl\u00e4sst und eine Trockenmauer \u00fcberquert hat, betritt man eine v\u00f6llig offene Weide. Der markierte Pfad verl\u00e4uft etwas unterhalb der H\u00f6he und steigt in Richtung Galandrue ab. Dieses Trassee ist sehr bedauerlich, da man keine Sicht hat, ausser \u00fcber den Doubs in Richtung Frankreich. Aus diesem Grund ist es vorteilhaft, die Erhebung zu folgen und \u00fcber den Saignolet zu gehen. Dann geniesst man den Blick \u00fcber die Kammlinie des Mont Racine in Richtung Alpen.<\/p>

In den Z\u00e4unen sind ein paar Durchg\u00e4nge eingerichtet und hier und da findet man eine kleine Spur, die man durch die Heidelbeerbeete folgen kann. Obwohl dieser Weg nicht auf der Karte markiert ist, scheint er weit genug begangen zu sein, um ihn nicht zu verlieren.<\/p>

Wenn man aus dem Wald kommt, erreicht man eine halboffene Weide, auf der man sich dem markierten Weg anschliesst, der von Galandrue nach Beauregard f\u00fchrt. Nach einem kurzen Abstieg und nachdem man den Bauernhof Beauregard erreicht hat, betritt man wieder den Wald, um auf eine gute Strasse zu gelangen. Diese Strasse m\u00fcndet dann \u00fcber den Haut du Cr\u00eat in den Cr\u00eat du Locle und erm\u00f6glicht es, weiter zur Haltestelle Cr\u00eat du Locle zu gelangen.<\/p>

Bemerkenswert an diesem “Spaziergang” ist, dass er mit \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sowohl in La Chaux-de-Fonds als auch f\u00fcr die R\u00fcckkehr vom Cr\u00eat du Locle in einem kurzen halben Tag (insgesamt 3h30) zur\u00fcckgelegt werden kann.<\/p>
