Diese Wanderung wurde mir durch das Buch \u201eGuide de la d\u00e9couverte du patrimoine transfrontalier\u201c, Slatkine Verlag, 2002 (vergriffen) inspiriert. Dieser Reisef\u00fchrer schl\u00e4gt verschiedene Wanderungen rund um den Kanton Genf vor, von Hermance bis C\u00e9ligny.<\/p>

Hier hatte ich beschlossen, die Wanderung von S\u00e9zegnin aus zu machen, La Laire zu \u00fcberqueren, durch La Repentance zu gehen, die Laire erneut zu \u00fcberqueren und \u00fcber Avusy zur\u00fcckzukommen. Dies ist eine perfekte Wanderung in der Nebensaison. Im Sommer ist es zu heiss, um diese zu unternehmen.<\/p>

Nachdem ich in S\u00e9zegnin geparkt hatte, folgte ich der Strasse, um dem Weg bis zum Ufer von La Laire zu folgen und diese auf einer Br\u00fccke \u00fcberqueren zu k\u00f6nnen, um nach Veigy zu gelangen. Der Abschnitt entlang der Strasse ist der einzig unangenehme, da man der Strasse folgen muss, die von Soral nach S\u00e9zegnin f\u00fchrt. Gl\u00fccklicherweise ist der Verkehr dort nicht zu stark.<\/p>

Von Veigy aus kann man dann Malagny erreichen und dabei die Strasse meiden. Daf\u00fcr muss man \u00fcber Camot gehen. Leider verf\u00fcgen Viehz\u00e4une nicht immer \u00fcber einen eingebauten Durchgang. Man ist dann gezwungen, die Tore zu erklimmen. Nachdem man Malagny durchquert hat, muss man einen Landwirtschaftsweg folgen, der zum Ruisseau des Foges f\u00fchrt. Dieser l\u00e4sst sich bequem \u00fcber einen Betonsteg \u00fcberqueren.<\/p>

Der Aufstieg nach La Tuili\u00e8re ist oft schlammig und es ist manchmal schwierig, einen Durchgang zun finden, wo man sich die Schuhe nicht schmutzig macht. Bei La Tuili\u00e8re folgt man einem guten Weg hinunter zu einem weiteren Bach, den man auf einer guten Br\u00fccke \u00fcberquert. Dahinter betretet man einen Kiefernwald, an dessen Fuss sich ziemlich dichtes Gras w\u00e4chst. Der Ort ist grossartig, aber empfindlich, weshalb Pontons gebaut wurden.<\/p>

Nach La Repentance geht es wieder bergab zum Ufer von La Laire, den man auf einer guten Fussg\u00e4ngerbr\u00fccke in der N\u00e4he des Truppen\u00fcbungsplatzes \u00fcberquert. Am anderen Ufer folgt man mehr oder weniger dem Bach, bevor man zum alten Dorf Avusy hinaufsteigt. Anschliessend lohnt es sich, vor der Festung La Grave zu verweilen.<\/p>

Um S\u00e9zegnin zu erreichen, steigt man in Richtung Moulin de la Grave ab, kommt an einem Teich vorbei und steigt dann in Richtung Dorf auf.<\/p>
