<\/p>

Warum spreche ich vom \u201eGantrisch-Gipfel\u201c? Der Grund daf\u00fcr ist, dass der Ortsname Gantrisch nicht nur eine Region (die Voralpen, die zwischen den Kantonen Freiburg und Bern liegen), sondern auch einen Gipfel dieser Region bezeichnet. \u00dcberraschenderweise ist der Gipfel des Gantrisch nicht der h\u00f6chste Punkt dieser Bergkette, sondern liegt auf dem Gipfel der Ochse. Aus der Ebene hingegen weist der Gipfel des Gantrisch eine ganz besondere und erkennbare Gestalt auf. Dies ist wahrscheinlich der Grund, warum der Region dieser Name gegeben wurde.<\/p>

Der Gipfel des Gantrisch erfordert, auch wenn die auf der Karte eingezeichneten Routen als Bergwege gekennzeichnet sind, f\u00fcr die Besteigung einer gute Trittsicherheit. Von der Wasserscheide aus folgen wir zun\u00e4chst einem guten Weg zur Obern\u00fcnene-H\u00fctte. Ab hier wird der Weg schmaler und immer steiler. Am Ende geht er ostw\u00e4rts in Richtung Leiterepass.<\/p>

Vom Pass aus l\u00e4dt der markierte Weg dazu ein, etwas abzusteigen, um dann durch den gesamten Hang unter dem Gantrisch hindurch zum S\u00fcdwestgrat zu gelangen. Es empfiehlt sich jedoch, einem Weg zu folgen, der vom Pass kommend am Grat entlang verl\u00e4uft und unterhalb des Gipfels von diesem abzweigt. Dieser Weg ist nicht markiert, aber er ist gut genug erkennbar, sodass er relativ leicht begehbar ist. Nur ein oder zwei kurze Passagen erfordern den Einsatz der H\u00e4nde. Bei der Querung unter des Gantrisch k\u00f6nnten einige Runsen diejenigen abschrecken, die keine Trittsicherheit haben.<\/p>

Nach der Querung erreichen wir den S\u00fcdwestgrat und den markierten Weg. Auch wenn der Weg als Bergwanderweg klassifiziert ist, sollten Sie wissen, dass der Einsatz der H\u00e4nde hier und da f\u00fcr das Gleichgewicht notwendig ist. Seile helfen das Fortschreiten, sind aber oft nicht notwendig.<\/p>

Der Gantrisch ist ein herrlicher Aussichtspunkt, dessen Lage dem Stockhorn \u00e4hnelt. Tats\u00e4chlich verbirgt im Norden kein Gipfel die Aussicht. Wir haben auch einen sehr sch\u00f6nen Blick auf die Alpen, von denen wir im Hintergrund den Mont Blanc sehen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>

F\u00fcr den R\u00fcckweg entschied ich mich f\u00fcr den Abstieg Richtung Weissenburg. Dazu \u00fcberquerte ich den Grat, um den Morgetepass zu erreichen und stieg entlang des Morgetebachs ab. Dabei passieren wir die spektakul\u00e4ren Faal-Wasserf\u00e4lle. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man lange Zeit der staubigen Strasse von Morgete entlang wandern muss. Wenn ein Auto von Zeit zu Zeit vorbeif\u00e4hrt, atmen wir eine Menge Staub ein.<\/p>

Weiter unten, nach einer Strassenecke, \u00fcberqueren wir eine spektakul\u00e4re H\u00e4ngebr\u00fccke, um das andere Ufer des Morgetebachs zu erreichen. Vom anderen Ufer aus erm\u00f6glicht ein mit Leitern ausgestatteter Weg den Abstieg ins Buuschetal unweit der M\u00fcndung des Morgetebachs. Nachdem wir diesen Wildbach erneut \u00fcberquert haben, folgen wir einem deutlich flacheren Weg, um zur Ruine des ersten Weissenburger Bads zu gelangen. Weiter geht es vorbei an der Ruine des zweiten Weissenburgbades und entlang der Talseite zum Bahnhof.<\/p>

In der Deutschschweiz sehen wir immer noch viele Restaurantschilder, die mit \u201eWeissenburger Citro\u201c werben. Tats\u00e4chlich wurde Mineralwasser aufgefangen und in Flaschen abgef\u00fcllt. Ausserdem gab es verschiedene Limonaden aus diesem Mineralwasser. Die Produktion wurde 1988 eingestellt, nachdem die Produktionsanlagen nach Eglisau verlagert wurden.<\/p>
