<\/p>

L\u2019Emmental et l\u2019Entlebuch forment une succession de vall\u00e9es que l\u2019on pense former qu\u2019une et une seule vall\u00e9e. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, au niveau hydrologique, les choses sont un peut plus complexes. En effet, la suite de ces deux vall\u00e9es culmine \u00e0 la hauteur d\u2019Escholzmatt et vers l\u2019ouest coule l\u2019\u00c4schlisbach qui va se jeter dans l\u2019Ilfis et plus loin dans la Grande Emme (et donc se jeter dans l\u2019Aar). Vers l\u2019est coule la Wiss Emme qui va, apr\u00e8s s\u2019\u00eatre jet\u00e9e dans la Waldemme, former la Petite Emme (qui va se jeter dans la Reuss).<\/p>

Un point \u00e9tymologique vaut la peine d\u2019\u00eatre soulev\u00e9. En effet, le nom d\u2019\u00c4schlisbach se r\u00e9f\u00e8re au nom d\u2019Escholzmatt qui en dialecte se prononce \u00c4schlismatt. A propos de ces deux noms (topographique et en dialecte), il est \u00e9galement int\u00e9ressant de noter que les significations ne sont pas identiques. En effet, Escholzmatt pourrait se traduire en \u00ab\u00a0pr\u00e9 du bois de fr\u00eanes\u00a0\u00bb, alors qu\u2019en dialecte, le nom signifierait plut\u00f4t \u00ab\u00a0pr\u00e9 des cendres\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>

M\u2019\u00e9tant rendu plusieurs fois dans la r\u00e9gion, que ce soit \u00e0 Marbach ou \u00e0 S\u00f6renberg, j\u2019avais \u00e9tudi\u00e9 en pr\u00e9vision la carte topographique. Je m\u2019\u00e9tais rendu compte qu\u2019un sentier suivait la Waldemme et permettait de traverser les gorges de la Lammschlucht. Je pensais trouver quelque chose de spectaculaire dans ces gorges. Malheureusement, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s d\u00e9\u00e7u, car le sentier reste sur les hauteurs du bord des gorges. On n\u2019entraper\u00e7oit donc que \u00e7\u00e0 et l\u00e0, la rivi\u00e8re.<\/p>

Ce jour-l\u00e0, pour nous rendre \u00e0 pied \u00e0 Sch\u00fcpfheim, nous avions pris le bus depuis S\u00f6renberg pour atteindre Fl\u00fchli. En effet, j\u2019anticipais que la premi\u00e8re partie ne serait pas tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante, d\u2019autant plus que des travaux auraient impos\u00e9 de suivre un bout la route.<\/p>

En partant de Fl\u00fchli, on longe la rive droite de la Waldemme sur un petit kilom\u00e8tre avant de changer de rive, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 la route l\u2019effectue \u00e9galement. Nous avons donc suivi la rive gauche, ce qui permet d\u2019avoir un peu de vue sur la r\u00e9gion de Hilfere. Apr\u00e8s un bout de sentier, nous sommes arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 la route retraverse la Waldemme. Nous avions suivi un court instant la route avant de descendre et traverser la rivi\u00e8re juste \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e des gorges. L\u00e0, nous avons chang\u00e9 de rive en suivant le sentier.<\/p>

Apr\u00e8s les gorges (relativement courtes), nous avons suivi l\u2019itin\u00e9raire balis\u00e9 passant par la Chlusstalde o\u00f9 se trouve une magnifique petite chapelle. En continuant, notre plaisir a \u00e9t\u00e9 quelque peu g\u00e2ch\u00e9 car de gros travaux \u00e9taient en cours afin d\u2019\u00e9largir et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la route montant \u00e0 S\u00f6renberg.<\/p>

Peu apr\u00e8s, nous avons atteint le fond de la vall\u00e9e pour traverser la rivi\u00e8re et rejoindre Aenet\u00e4mme, qui signifie \u00ab\u00a0de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019Emme\u00a0\u00bb. Cela nous a permis de rejoindre Sch\u00fcpfheim en suivant de la rive gauche de la rivi\u00e8re. Ainsi, nous avons \u00e9vit\u00e9 de marcher le long de la route, somme toutes assez fr\u00e9quent\u00e9e (en continuant celle-ci, on rejoint Glaubenbielen et la route panoramique d\u2019Obwald).<\/p>
