<\/p>

L\u2019itin\u00e9raire du sentier panoramique du L\u00f6tschberg d\u00e9bute \u00e0 Kiental et, en quatre \u00e9tapes, rejoint la Fafleralp au fond du L\u00f6tschental. Cet itin\u00e9raire franchit alors le L\u00f6tschenpass qui, il n\u2019y a pas si longtemps, pouvait \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme course alpine, car il fallait alors franchir un bout de glacier. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, \u00e0 l\u2019instar de beaucoup d\u2019endroits et \u00e0 cause du recul des glacier, ce franchissement est devenu une course de randonn\u00e9e en montagne.<\/p>

L\u2019\u00e9tape d\u00e9crite ici, est la premi\u00e8re propos\u00e9e le long de cet itin\u00e9raire et, au d\u00e9part de Kiental, prend de la hauteur pour monter dans le Kandertal \u00e0 flanc de coteau.<\/p>

Pour commencer, il faut gagner en altitude en montant \u00e0 Ramslauenen. La carte topographique indique qu\u2019un tranasport \u00e0 c\u00e2ble permet d\u2019atteindre ce restaurant d\u2019altitude. Toutefois, il faut \u00eatre conscient que le t\u00e9l\u00e9si\u00e8ge ne fonctionne que lorsque le restaurant est ouvert. Par cons\u00e9quent, comme nous \u00e9tions un lundi et que c\u2019\u00e9tait jour de fermeture, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 contraints de grimper les 550m additionnels. Depuis le restaurant il faut encore monter un peu pour suivre un bon sentier presque plat traversant le flanc de montagne.<\/p>

Apr\u00e8s un bon bout \u00e0 travers la for\u00eat, on arrive \u00e0 un petit alpage sous le Bachwald. C\u2019est \u00e0 partir de cet endroit que la vue devient plus large. On voit non seulement le bas de la vall\u00e9e de la Kander, mais \u00e9galement un bout du Lac de Thun et la montagne le dominant\u00a0: le Sigriswilergrat. Apr\u00e8s que nous avons eu contourn\u00e9 l\u2019angle que forme l\u2019ar\u00eate descendant du Gehrihore, nous sommes repartis dans l\u2019autre vall\u00e9e dans le sens de la mont\u00e9e. On se rend compte de sa progression en observant les localit\u00e9s se trouvant en fond de vall\u00e9e, en particulier, celle de Frutigen.<\/p>

Le parcours, relativement peu accident\u00e9 entre Ramslauenen et A Schlafegg, pr\u00e9sente passablement de mont\u00e9es et de descentes \u00e0 partir de ce dernier endroit. Parfois, on doit descendre pour traverser une ravine, et parfois, on doit remonter pour \u00e9viter la ligne de chemin de fer. A un moment, on b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un beau point de vue sur la ruine du ch\u00e2teau de Felsenburg, bien visible lorsque l\u2019on passe en train.<\/p>

Au-dessus de Mittholz, il faut encore monter de mani\u00e8re raide afin de traverser diverses ravines. Plus loin, on descend pour rejoindre la voie de chemin de fer et, un peu plus loin, la route menant \u00e0 Kandersteg et au quai pour le chargement des automobiles sur le train.<\/p>
