<\/p>

Auch wenn wir diesen Weg schon mehrmals gegangen sind, so hatten wir doch Lust, ihn wieder einmal zu gehen. Dies, weil es jedes Mal eine andere Erfahrung ist, da die Bedingungen nie dieselben sind. Umso mehr in diesem Fall, da wir diese Wanderung normalerweise im Fr\u00fchling gegangen sind und hier Anfang August waren.<\/p>

Wir fuhren mit dem Zug \u00fcber die L\u00f6tchbergstrecke und wie immer waren wir erstaunt, dass praktisch alle Passagiere in Kandersteg ausstiegen. Dies ist verst\u00e4ndlich, da die meisten von ihnen entweder zum Oeschinensee oder zum Blausee unterwegs sind. Ich wage es mir gar nicht vorzustellen, wie es dort aussieht.<\/p>

Von der Hohntenn-Bahnstation aus kann man mehr oder weniger direkt dem Bahngleis folgen. Dabei kommt man an der spektakul\u00e4ren L\u00fcegilchiviadukt vorbei. Allerdings ist dies nicht der Sonnenweg. Daf\u00fcr muss man ein St\u00fcck zur\u00fcckgehen und hinunter nach Hohtenn, wo der St\u00e4geru S\u00fce beginnt. Dieser f\u00fchrt bis zur Fassung im Jolibach. Eine raffinierte Kombination von Treppen und Stegen erm\u00f6glicht es, auf die andere Seite des Bachs zu gelangen. Das Rauschen im Schluchtental ist ohrenbet\u00e4ubend.<\/p>

Nach diesem Abschnitt und einer leichten Steigung geht es dann entlang des Hanges durch eine eher trockene Landschaft bis zu einer Ebene, wo das kleine Chr\u00fcterbeizli steht. Der offizielle Weg f\u00fchrt dann \u00fcber eine Strasse bis zur Bietschbach-Br\u00fccke. Landschaftlich lohnt es sich aber, ein St\u00fcck bergw\u00e4rts zu gehen und \u00fcber Ritzibodo ein St\u00fcck der Kummera zu wandern. Der Name Kummera bedeutet so viel wie “der Rarnerchumma-Suon”. Auf dem R\u00fcckweg durch das Tal geht man unter dem imposanten Bietschbachviadukt hindurch.<\/p>

Nach der Tal Ecke in Riedgarto geht es ein St\u00fcck bergab und dann entlang des Manera-Bisses den Hang hinauf. Dabei kommt man \u00fcber St. German hinweg und muss dann steil bergauf \u00fcber den Wolfbiel (zu \u00fcbersetzen mit “Wolfsh\u00fcgel”). Nach dem \u00dcberqueren eines kleinen Passes in der N\u00e4he des Wolfbiel und der Unterf\u00fchrung eines alten Suon (einer Abzweigung der Mittla) geht es schliesslich hinunter zum Bahnhof Ausserberg.<\/p>
