Der Creux du Van ist einer dieser Orte, die ich eigentlich zu meiden versuche. Nicht, weil der Ort nicht sch\u00f6n w\u00e4re: er ist wundersch\u00f6n. Leider ist er aber ein Opfer seines eigenen Erfolgs. Wenn man an einem sch\u00f6nen, sonnigen Sommertag hinaufsteigt, findet man dort viele Leute, die Selfies schiessen (oft mit einem Schmollmund). Das ist nicht gerade das, was ich mir unter Berge vorstelle. Es ist auch so, dass man den Ort ohne grosse Anstrengungen erreichen kann, da die Zufahrtsstrassen nicht weit weg enden. Was mich am meisten schockiert, ist der Unterschied, den ich heute feststellen konnte, im Vergleich zu meinen ersten Besuchen, als ich von Noiraigue aus hinaufgestiegen bin. Damals konnte man ohne Weiteres am Rand der Felsen entlanggehen. Seit der Pandemie und der \u00dcberfrequentierung sind viele Zug\u00e4nge gesperrt worden, da das Stampfen auf dem Gras, das auf ein paar Zentimeter Vegetationserde ruht, zu deren Verschwinden f\u00fchrt. So kann man nur an bestimmten Stellen an den Rand der Felsen herantreten. Ich verurteile die Massnahmen nicht, da die Wiederherstellung der d\u00fcnnen Vegetationsschicht Zeit braucht, sondern eher das respektlose Verhalten. Und das alles nur f\u00fcr ein Selfie an diesem Ort!<\/p>

F\u00fcr uns kam eine Besteigung mit dem Auto nicht in Frage. Also weder von Soliat noch bis zur Grand Vy.<\/p>

Wir sind also von Noiraigue aus gestartet und haben uns auf den Weg zu den Oeillons gemacht. Statt jedoch den nummerierten Weg zu nehmen, sind wir die Waldstrasse direkt zu den Oeillons hinaufgegangen. Das ist zwar etwas weniger interessant als der nummerierte Weg, aber daf\u00fcr direkter. \u00dcber den Oeillons beginnt man den Aufstieg auf dem Sentier des Quatorze Contours. Zuerst ist dieser Weg sehr demoralisierend, da die Abst\u00e4nde zwischen den einzelnen Kurven sehr gross sind, aber sie werden immer kleiner, je h\u00f6her man hinaufsteigt.<\/p>

Nach der letzten Kurve muss man noch ein St\u00fcckchen hinaufsteigen, um an den Rand der Felsen zu gelangen. An diesem Tag weidete ein junger Steinbock friedlich ein paar Meter von den dort anwesenden Personen entfernt, ohne dass es ihn gest\u00f6rt h\u00e4tte. F\u00fcr den weiteren Aufstieg haben wir den markierten Weg genommen, um zum anderen Ende des Felskreises zu gelangen und dann in Richtung Ferme Robert hinabzusteigen.<\/p>
