Als Kind sind wir bei einer Schulreise im str\u00f6menden Regen den Napf hinaufgelaufen. Es hat ” wie aus K\u00fcbeln ” geregnet, wie man damals sagte. Wir konnten die Aussicht nicht geniessen, denn als wir oben im Berggasthaus angekommen sind, haben wir uns dort untergestellt, bis es aufgeh\u00f6rt hat. Es war ein entt\u00e4uschendes Erlebnis.<\/p>

Im Herbst 2024 hatte ich vorher eine Werbung in den BLS-Z\u00fcgen gesehen. Es ging um einen Wanderbus, der an einige schwer erreichbare Ausgangspunkte von Wanderungen f\u00fchrt. Die Mettlenalp ist beispielsweise nur schwer mit \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Wir haben uns also gesagt, dass wir diese Offerte nutzen sollten, zumal die Saison bald zu Ende ging.<\/p>

Von der Bushaltestelle aus geht es den Napf hinauf. Zuerst folgt man einem B\u00e4chlein und macht dann viele Serpentinen. Nach 300 H\u00f6henmetern erreicht man eine kleine Wiese, auf der das Napfrestaurant steht. Die Aussicht von oben ist wundersch\u00f6n und man kann sowohl den Jura als auch die Alpen sehen. Die Zentralschweizer Voralpen sind auch nicht weit weg.<\/p>

Anstatt zur\u00fcck zur Mettlenalp zu wandern, haben wir uns entschieden, zu Fuss nach Sch\u00fcpfheim im Entlebuch zu gehen. Der Grund daf\u00fcr ist, dass wir mit besseren Zugverbindungen rechnen konnten. Wir sind also die ganze Hufeisenform entlanggewandert und dann auf einem anderen Grat in Richtung Hofarni weitergegangen. Dabei hatten wir die M\u00f6glichkeit, in Fontanne abzusteigen. Von dort aus mussten wir noch ein St\u00fcckchen bergauf, um den Oberstaldenegg zu erreichen.<\/p>

Der Abstieg nach Sch\u00fcpfheim erfolgt \u00fcber sanft abfallende Wiesen und W\u00e4lder. Wenn man mit dem Auto durch das Entlebuch f\u00e4hrt, hat man den Eindruck, dass es steiler ist.<\/p>
