<\/p>

Although we had done this hike many times, we had set out early in the day because it was very hot and the weather forecast was for a beautiful day. We had feared that the parking lot at the T\u00eate de Ran hotel would fill up quickly, but in fact it was not full, and we were surprised to see that there was still plenty of room when we returned.<\/p>

We had already done this hike several times, making a small loop from the Grandes Pradi\u00e8res. On this occasion, because of the heat, it was nice to walk through the shaded areas under the Rochers Bruns.<\/p>

At Les Neigeux, we sat in the shade to drink some water… it was too hot.<\/p>
