Once again, we wanted to cross the Bunderchrinde, but this time, we wanted to climb to the top of the Bunderspitz. Unfortunately, the weather played a trick on us: it was much too hot. Thus, we had to give up our more ambitious goals at the Bunderalp.<\/p>

This is why we had climbed directly to the Bunderchrinde and then descended on the other side to Alpschele and Ueschene to reach Kandersteg. Once we reached the bottom of the Kander valley, we did not follow the marked trail, because we were a bit pressed for time, as we did not want to miss our train. Thus, instead of following the Kander river, we followed the road leading from Eggeschwand to Kandersteg.<\/p>

Despite the heat and the altitude of the pass, crossing the Bunderchrinde was a very nice experience, because of the view one can enjoy there. One is then facing the Oeschinensee and the Gasterntal.<\/p>
