<\/span><\/p>

Unter den sch\u00f6nen Querungen im Jura ist die Querung von M\u00f4tiers nach Ste-Croix \u00fcber den Chasseron besonders empfehlenswert. Die Wanderung beginnt in M\u00f4tiers, einer wundersch\u00f6nen kleinen Ortschaft, und f\u00fchrt zun\u00e4chst den Bach Breuil entlang hinauf, bevor sie die Gorges de Pou\u00ebtta Raisse durchquert. Danach folgt eine Reihe von Weiden und W\u00e4ldern, bevor der Gipfel des Chasseron erreicht wird. Das Besondere an dieser Querung ist, dass man trotz des grossen H\u00f6henunterschieds nur wenige Stellen findet, an denen man sich wegen der Steigungen entmutigt f\u00fchlen k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>

An diesem Tag waren wir fr\u00fch losgegangen, da wir die Hitze f\u00fcrchteten. Das erm\u00f6glichte es uns auch, die Pou\u00ebtta Raisse zu durchqueren, ohne jemanden zu begegnen. Normalerweise und zu anderen Zeiten hat man manchmal M\u00fche, auf den sehr schmalen Wegabschnitten Leute zu umgehen. Als wir die Schlucht verliessen, waren wir, wie immer, vom Kontrast \u00fcberrascht. Man wechselt n\u00e4mlich in wenigen Metern von einem sehr steilen, feuchten Umfeld zu einem w\u00e4rmeren Waldgebiet. Es folgt eine eint\u00f6nige Steigung, die zu den Weiden von La Vaux f\u00fchrt.<\/p>

Nachdem wir die Weiden durchquert hatten, erreichten wir die Waldstrasse, die ebenfalls ziemlich eint\u00f6nig ist, und die zu den Chalets von Cernets f\u00fchrt. Trotz der Monotonie des Waldweges ist der Verlauf angenehmer als damals, als man dem Talgrund folgte. Damals befand man sich in einer sehr schlammigen und feuchten Zone. Nach Cernets folgten wir dem markierten Weg, der am Chalet de la Grandsonne vorbeif\u00fchrt und zum Gipfel des Chasseron f\u00fchrt. Auch hier sp\u00fcrten wir einen starken Kontrast, der mit der Anzahl der Menschen auf dem Gipfel zusammenh\u00e4ngt.<\/p>

Um nach Ste-Croix hinunterzugehen, ist es empfehlenswert, den Grat zu folgen, der eine kurze Steigung erfordert und \u00fcber die Petites Roches f\u00fchrt. Von diesem kleinen Gipfel aus hat man eine sch\u00f6ne Aussicht auf die Region Auberson und Cote Aux F\u00e9es. F\u00fcr den Abstieg hatten wir uns f\u00fcr den nummerierten Weg entschieden. Dieser ist etwas angenehmer als der direkte Abstieg, da er weniger holprig ist.<\/p>
