Bevor wir Gurin f\u00fcr das Tal der Maggia verliessen, hatten wir die Kirche von Gurin besucht, aber wir waren nicht zur Messe gegangen (wir waren an einem Mittwoch), nicht ganz so wie Corina Bille.<\/p>\n

Von Gurin aus folgt man zun\u00e4chst einem Teilst\u00fcck der Strasse, bevor man auf einen Weg abbiegt, der ziemlich steil hinunter zur Rovana f\u00fchrt, die man dann \u00fcberquert und die man einmal mehr \u00fcberquert, bevor man in die Umgebung von Corino gelangt. Dort haben wir im Gegensatz zu dem, was ich vor sechs Jahren unternommen hatte, die Flussseite gewechselt und einen Weg auf dem linken Ufer gefolgt, der nach Collinasca (La M\u00fcrana) hinunterf\u00fchrt. Unsere Protagonisten sind wahrscheinlich der Strasse gefolgt, die damals mehrere Serpentinen direkt unterhalb von Cerentino aufwiest. Aber es ist besser, wenn man sich an die oben genannte nummerierte Route h\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n

In Collinasca ist es sehr wichtig, die Wegweiser zu beachten, denn der Weg f\u00fchrt steil zwischen zwei H\u00e4usern hinauf und folgt eine Stromleitung. Der Weg f\u00fchrt dann den Berghang hinunter und erreicht eine erstaunlich flache Gegend in der N\u00e4he von Camvera. Dort weiss man, dass man nicht mehr weit von Linescio entfernt ist. In dieser Ortschaft ist es lohnend, die Flussseite zu wechseln. Dazu muss man hinuntergehen, um an der Kirche vorbeizukommen, und dann einem markierten Weg folgen, der den Hang durchquert und zu einer wundersch\u00f6nen Br\u00fccke \u00fcber die Rovana f\u00fchrt. Nach der Br\u00fccke steigt man auf einem Weg mit Treppen hinauf und gelangt dann auf der H\u00f6he, wo man Faido erreicht, ein Weiler, der bis vor kurzem noch bewohnt war (auf den Karten der 1990er Jahre ist er noch verzeichnet).<\/p>\n

Nach Faido (das auf Mundart Buche bedeutet) quert man eine Weile den Berghang durch, bevor man dann mit einer Reihe von Serpentinen in Richtung Cevio hinuntergeht. Die Maggia ist dann nicht mehr weit entfernt, und man merkt an der Temperatur, dass man sich dem Talgrund n\u00e4hert. Diese letzte Etappe bietet einen sehr starken Kontrast, denn w\u00e4hrend man sich in einer Bergwelt mit Weiden und Felsen bewegt hat, befindet man sich pl\u00f6tzlich in einem sehr dichten Wald, wo es viele Kastanienb\u00e4ume gibt, als man den Talgrund sich n\u00e4hert.<\/p>\n
