<\/p>

Depuis le fond de la vall\u00e9e vers Saanen, on a l\u2019impression que celle-ci continue encore en direction de Zweisimmen. Cela peut \u00eatre constat\u00e9 au niveau morphologie du terrain. Toutefois, au niveau hydrologique, il s\u2019agit bien d\u2019une autre vall\u00e9e. Depuis Saanen coule la Sarine et \u00e0 travers le vallon donnant sur Zweisimmen coule la Kleine Simme, donc deux rivi\u00e8res distinctes. La Morphologie du terrain fait qu\u2019il est agr\u00e9able de passer \u00e0 pied de Saanen \u00e0 Zweisimmen, car on se trouve en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019accidents de terrain assez limit\u00e9s. Toutefois, la pr\u00e9sence de la route et de la ligne de chemin de fer fait que l\u2019environnement est relativement bruyant.<\/p>

Toute la randonn\u00e9e d\u00e9crite ici se d\u00e9roule sur de bons sentiers, hormis dans les villages o\u00f9 on doit suivre les routes, et entre Saanenm\u00f6ser et Oeschseite o\u00f9 on suit une petite route goudronn\u00e9e. C\u2019est pourquoi, depuis Oeschseite, il vaut la peine de suivre le sentier longeant la Kleine Simme, m\u00eame si cela repr\u00e9sente un l\u00e9ger d\u00e9tour. On suit alors le vallon de la rivi\u00e8re le long d\u2019un bon sentier o\u00f9 la pr\u00e9sence du cours d\u2019eau apporte une agr\u00e9able fra\u00eecheur. Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9pass\u00e9 le stand de tir et la piscine, on ne tarde pas \u00e0 arriver \u00e0 la gare de Zweisimmen qui est l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 les voies changent d\u2019\u00e9cartement. Vers le bas, on a un \u00e9cartement \u00ab normal \u00bb \u00e0 1m435 et au-dessus, on a un r\u00e9seau de voies \u00e9troites \u00e0 1m. R\u00e9cemment, un dispositif permet de modifier l\u2019\u00e9cartement des roues pour permettre de poursuivre le parcours du Golden Express.<\/p>
